Mail server "mb02.unseen.is" is either down or unavailable

We have another clue...

Here is a non-delivery report that just bounced back from a mail I tried to send  to a unseen mail user on 15 Nov 2018:

As I wrote earlier I have two lifetime accounts. I think the oldest account, which still works, is likely on the mb01 server, the second non-functioning account is probably on the mb02 which appears to be unreachable.

When I try to run a network trace on the mb02 address it dies after 7 hops, so there is definitely a network outage between here and there. You can try to do this yourself from a command prompt by typing "tracert 82.221.109.20" in Windows or "Traceroute 82.221.109.20" in Linux/Mac.

So no possibility to do a backup or something similar of the email content. :/

I really hope the situation unlocks soon, i have lots of important stuff there, as others users i assume, this is really delicate situation for me.
