Same with me. Is it possible that Unseen servers are under attack? Or something is wrong with Chris?
10 DAYS WITHOUT EMAIL - still no resppnse re error 502
Once again - no response to my queries and no help re the situation with my emails! I demand action! I demand an actual response! And I demand an apology! I am a lifetime subscriber! How dare you ignore your customers! You are an absolute disgrace! Get this fixed and get this responded to immediately. I have been without my emails for TEN DAYS!!!! This is not good enough.

8 days for me! Same exact problem. Oddly, only on one of my email addresses. I've submitted 2 requests. I just logged in to send another one. I'm at my wits' end now. I'm thinking about drastic measures to take against Unseen. I have tried to contact Zimbra for help, but of course because I'm not a company paying for their service, I have no priority for support so I can't get through.
@Lucia: Chris is the man who owns Unseen. In the past, he usually answered me quickly. I don't know if something is wrong.
