HTTP 502 Errors...Down One Week...No Response From Support ... LAWSUIT...Business Destruction

After NUMEROUS contacts to Support and NO response, I have had to spend the last three days changing my email at over TWO HUNDRED locations.

Years of emails are stored at Unseen, along with other critical data that I sent to my email address; none of which is accessible.   For privacy I neither downloaded nor stored the data elsewhere, including my computer.

I will now ensure that Unseen secures NO new business and will post this incident FAR and WIDE across the Internet.

I have an old military friend who still resides in Iceland and he has contacted a friend of his who is an attorney there.

Premium Lifetime Member = FRAUD!

according to a google search that I did, the owner is a man called Chris Kitze and he has a twitter account at the following location.......

I have been without my emails for 7 days and all of my messages have been ignored. 

I'm going to sign up for twitter and contact him directly.

Agreed. Ive sent multiple messages as well, this is Ridiculous! Ive even looked up the city where they claim to be hosted to see if there was some disaster to explain this. Found nothing. SO UPSET

I have tweeted   about his "Unseen ehf" client service disaster.

I suppose if enough people tweet about this, it might get some traction... maybe even an article in Wired about independent email providers who scam their customers.

Hi. I have not had access to my email for 8 days now. I have also started to think about drastic action I could take against Unseen. I am going to Iceland in about a month (not related to this). I have been thinking about law suit as well. I have submitted 2 requests and also nothing. I have tried to get help from Zimbra, but since I am not a paying customer, I have not been able to get through. I am interested in learning about the law suit action you are taking. I'm also a lifetime member. I am also migrating my email. 

I also realize that I lose access to my Unseen email accounts rather frequently. The last time this happened to me was in July and I had to tell my employer to use a gmail address I have. This is the longest it's gone on for though.

To the OP, I have sent a message to this "Chris" on LinkedIn (via a contact request) and told him some of us have begun to consider legal action against him. Then I realized that might prompt this forum to "magically" disappear, so someone has made a place for us to stay in touch:

Hope you'll join and stay in touch. I don't know if I'd have grounds to sue him, but I'd like to find out if I do.

I'm not able to access my e-mail neither. 8 days now. Glad I use Thunderbird, so I still got my old email and contacts.
Though I'm a lifetime member, I'm switching to protonmail now.
I only hope that the server will be up again so that I have a chance to see the mails that I've missed these last days.

I had this same error over a year ago, and then my email started working again after several weeks.

That email address still works fine, but now my newest account is receiving this error.
