Can not send e-mail

Have been unable to send e-mail since 7. July 2018 (access denied- receiving mail works still though). I created a support ticket but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yes, had the problem for a couple of days. Have also submitted a support ticket. I did approach Zimbra but they didn't want to know.

I am experiencing a similar problem since 6 July 2018 : can receive email, but can't send (via Thunderbird or webmail).

The server error is "Invalid recipient <destination address> : 450 4.7.1 <my email address>: Sender address rejected: Access denied"

I suspect my email address has been flagged as a spam account by Zimbra mail server. I logged a support ticket with Unseen the same day and haven't heard anything from them yet.

As a lifetime member of Unseen I am surprised they don't take such problems more seriously. 

If I don't hear anything in another 24h I'll tweet @Unseen.is - I suggest you do the same.

Wife is also experiencing the same problem with her unseen mail - it appears that unseen has bricked all outgoing mail.

I guess we would have had lifetime accounts if we died on June 30th :-/

Have created a new free e-mail account on tutanota.com, just in case Unseen sinks completely. Would be decent if they would at least post a statement about what's going on here.

If I try to send a mail via website (mail.unseen.is) every receivers address is denied as invalid. So for it seem that the whole smtp-site is corrupt and has to be reset. Hopefully they are on this and not in the summer vacations...

Thank you for the info, that is positive. Please keep us updated, as support is not doing that.

I think the users understand that there will be problems with any system, but the lack of support or public message by Unseen is causing major irritation.

Hooray! The mails sitting in my outbox for 3 days were sent today

I was also able to send a test mail without any errors.
