How to make an Audio/Video Call

Making calls to Unseen user(s) one to one or in groups:

To make an audio/video call to another user or group: click on the preferred User/Group, a chat box will appear next to contact list and then click on Audio Or Video Call button located at the top right of the chat box.

Note: the call will only go through if the user/group is online.
